USCIS’ Employer-Employee Memo Challenged

On June 8, an application for preliminary injunction and complaint were filed in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, challenging the legality of the Neufeld Memo’s definition of employer-employee relationship.  Broadgate, Inc. v. USCIS.  Updates pertaining to this matter will be posted as and when they become available.
