Recent studies suggest that both legal and illegal immigration of low-skilled workers to the U.S. has positive effects that have been overlooked, says Harvard Business School’s Professor James Heskett.  Should immigration policies (US and other countries) be more welcoming to low-skilled workers is the topic of open forum @
